You’ve heard of Hackathons, but what about Pitchathons?
A pitchathon is a hackathon with the main focus being on the pitch instead of the coding. UofT's first ever finance Pitchathon enables students who have innovative app ideas and an interest to think beyond. The best part yet, coding experience is not required, just a passion to learn! Unlike a typical hackathon, teams will be asked to create a prototype using any design software, making this competition welcoming to all non coders.
The prototype must be a finance related app and students in teams of 1-3 must compete to create the most captivating pitch and well designed mockup prototype, which will then be shown to a panel of judges. Participants of all experience levels can attend the workshop on how to use prototyping softwares so that they are equipped with the skills and support they need to successfully compete!
You must sign up with this form alongside the Devpost registration to compete: Click Here to Access the Form
